Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During this period, products are carefully inspected, securely packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Other Locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

The choice of courier depends on the destination, package size, and service availability.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
We may offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time, which will be mentioned on the product or offer page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with the tracking number and link.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or your AIG account dashboard.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is undeliverable after multiple attempts and is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately with photos/videos.
Any claims for missing items or lost packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Service Availability
We currently ship within India only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
