1. General Policy

We at Aamina International Group (AIG) ensure all products are 100% original, inspected, and securely packed before shipping. We do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, incorrect product delivery, or missing items.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

A return, refund, or exchange is possible only if:

·        • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

·        • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

·        • Valid proof (photos/videos) is provided as per our claim requirements.

3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

To process any claim, you must:

·        • Provide a complete unboxing video showing the package from all sides, opening the seal, and displaying the product inside without cuts/edits.

·        • Share clear images of any damage, defect, or missing item.

·        • Report courier-tampered packages immediately at delivery and refuse acceptance.

Without an unboxing video, claims for damage, missing items, or wrong products will be rejected.

4. Reporting Timeline

·        • Damage / Missing / Wrong Product: Report within 24 hours of delivery.

·        • Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Report within 3 days of delivery status.

Claims beyond these periods will not be entertained.

5. Refund Process

·        • Approved refunds will be processed within 4–7 working days for prepaid orders.

·        • COD refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account only (no cash refunds).

·        • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

·        • Refunds may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

·        • Once processed, we will share a transaction reference ID for your records.

6. Exchanges

·        • Only defective/damaged products reported within 24 hours are eligible for exchange.

·        • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

·        • Clearance sale or discounted products.

·        • Opened, used, or altered products (unless defective).

·        • Customized or special-order items.

·        • Products without original packaging and proof of purchase.

8. Limitations of Liability

·        • AIG is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to courier delays, incorrect address, or recipient unavailability.

·        • We are not liable for damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
